3. Delivery terms

Goods are delivered by the DPD and GLS courier services, exclusively within the Republic of Croatia and the other countries that can be selected at checkout. Exceptionally, goods may be delivered by other means. You can find prices, terms and delivery methods at www.gls.hr. Delivery is free for orders over €50.

The maximum delivery time within the Republic of Croatia is 5 working days.

When collecting the goods, the customer must check for any damage and report it immediately to the courier who delivered them, or refuse to accept a parcel with visible external damage.

On delivery, the customer should check that the parcel contains all the parts listed in the manufacturer's specification. If anything is missing, please let us know as soon as possible.
